The following examples of Scouts acting in emergencies and in planned acts of service to others are heavily weighted towards early reports pre WW2.
If the emergency element has diminished so, perhaps, has the reporting and possibly the need.
Also note 1971 – 1972 Six boys in the care of the Council attended 7th Cambridge Scout summer camp.
