Opened in 1933 the group was renamed on 2/11/ 1934 as Harston and Haslingfield, retaining the IHQ number.

The scarf was Gold, they met at the Vicarage Barn. The School house address suggests a school connection although this is nowhere stated.

The group transferred to the new South Cambridgeshire District in 1935, initially retaining the 56th Cambridge which was soon dropped along with all other Groups in the District.

At this date they recorded 20 Scouts.    The details of the Group are lost to Cambridge District records from this date.  A 1st Harston was active in 1974.
