The Cambridge Association held these early Rallies.
In 1910 200 Scouts gathered in front of Eric G S Walker, Organising Secretary HQ. Col (M?) de Burgh was guest of honour at the rally on CUOTC rifle range.
In 1911 they were reviewed by BP (see BP in Cambridge)
In 1912 over 600 were reviewed by Col Ulrich G C de Burgh, Deputy Chief Scout. At this date 420 were recorded in the Cambridge Association.
