This Shield holds plaques for the years 1950 to 1956. Senior Scouts were formed in 1946 for 15 – 18 years old and could form separate Patrols and Troops.

The Hele Trophy was also awarded at County Camp had another set of criteria; to ‘encourage good camping and enjoy it.’ In 1950 the Hele Trophy became the Junior Scout Trophy.
The criteria for this shield is not known.
